Q: What operating systems does Unique Content Pro work on?

A: Unique Content Pro works on the windows platform including Windows XP, 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME.

Q: Why does Unique Content Pro need to verify everytime I use it?

A: When Unique Content Pro is opened it verfies the users account to make sure it's still valid. We use this security measure to help prevent sharing and the problem of users continuing to use the software after a refund request.

Q: What happens if you decide to stop supporting Unique Content Pro?

A: We don't have any reason now or in the furture to stop supporting the software. In fact we hope to continue improving and adding new features with the help of our customers feedback. But in the unlikely event of this situation arising we would release a "unlocked" version to all customers.

Q: Do you accept any other form of payment apart from Paypal?

A: Currently we only accept Paypal, but if enough customers request a particular payment method we may add it.

Q: Can I try Unique Content Pro before I buy?

A: Yes we have a demo version available. Just enter you email & name on the home page and you will then receive an email confirmation with the access details.

Q: I have a question not answered here, how do I contact you?

A: New customers please signup on the home page and you will receive a free account and you can then submit your question to the help desk.

Paying customers please login and contact through the help desk or you can also post your question on the forum.
